-Follow-up inspection to July 19, 2021. -Facility has been visited by an alternate professional pest control operator. Facility is waiting for quote from pest control operator to start services next week. Pest control services will be on-site every two weeks to start and adjust inspection frequency as needed. -Facility stated rodents have been found on glue boards. -Facility is continuing to clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings on a daily basis. -Ensure to complete all action items required by your professional pest control operator. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
