Met with new owner and he completed the application form and submitted the copy of the legal documents. Tobacco officer has been informed about the change of ownership. Suggestion: all wiping clothes to be stored in the approved sanitizer ( bleach ) at all times ( 1oz of bleach per 1 Gall of water ) For manual dishwashing use 2 compartment sink and air dry all food containers.
