Follow-up inspection: -front floor area has been cleaned under black mat -small white cutting board with blue handle has been replaced with new cutting board - monitor wear on cutting boards and replace as needed to ensure they can be adequately cleaned and sanitized -gap in counter between microwave and handsink in kitchen has been cleaned and filled -new thermometer has been placed in prep cooler Note: restaurant to be closed for the month of March
