Observation: Floors underneath kitchen equipment require further cleaning - cleaning has started but is not completed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to pull out kitchen cooking equipment when cleaning floors so that hard to reach areas can be properly cleaned. Old dirt, grease, and food accumulation needs to be scraped off the floors.

Comments

- Dishwasher sanitizer is now being dispensed at 100 ppm. Good. Reminder that test strips must be used to check sanitizer concentration on a daily basis.
- Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottles were at 200 ppm. Reminder to mix only 1 tsp of bleach to 1 litre of water for proper concentrations.
- Walk-in cooler is now clean - mould has been cleaned from walls/ceilings/racks

**Please continue cleaning efforts in kitchen. Sanitation needs further improvement.
