Food storage has been re-organized, all food product observed stored off the floor on shelving. A new door sweep has been installed on back kitchen area door entrance. - No gaps observed that would allow entry of pests when door is closed. Required premise cleaning has been completed. Ensure cleaning is conducted regularly to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.
