Follow-up inspection conducted: CODE 306 NOT CORRECTED. Staffs claim the areas have been cleaned using bleach. However, accumulation of grease build-up and tempura bits still observed. Areas shown again to staff using flash light at this time. BETTER CLEANING IS REQUIRED! Another staff had advised the wall will be covered with stainless steel on Thursday. Remove all grease build-up and tempura bits from the wall prior to installing the stainless steel wall. Another follow-up inspection will be conducted on Friday, after the installation of the stainless steel wall. Please contact the health inspector to reschedule.
