CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - tray removed. Sink was dry indicating a very long time from most recent hand wash - Back hand sink blocked at time of inspection with box of cabbage and garbage can CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items relocated . Correction: Ensure hand sinks are easily reached for proper hand washing. .
