- Hot holding unit measured at above 60C in all sections. All bulbs were working and turned on. Ensure to continue replacing bulbs as necessary. - Walk-in cooler door closes. Operator stated new seals for the door will be installed as well - All hand washing sinks were properly supplied - Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized and was empty at time of inspection.
