Generally well maintained & operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. Wiping cloth sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 81 C. Ceiling tile is scheduled for cleaning in the next two weeks. Premises complies with the Transfat regulation. No recommendations.
