All outstanding issues have been corrected:

-A weatherstrip was installed at the back screen door to minimize the gap under the door.
-The permit to operate was posted on a conspicuous location for public view.
-Temperature logs were being maintained and were up-to-date.
-Sieves were being stored in a clean food grade container.
