Staff member taking FoodSafe course Dishwasher not in working order, no appointment was scheduled yet for repair. Operator called Chilliwack Appliance Repair and Service and left message to schedule an appointment to have dishwasher serviced during inspection. In the meantime use a bleach dip with 100ppm Chlorine, for 2 minutes contact time after dishes are washed, then air dry Correction Order was issued to have dishwasher repaired by July 10, 2018, follow up inspection scheduled for that date.
