- Please get it fixed. At the same time, Sanitize dishes in the 2nd sink with 100ppm bleach.

Comments

Routine inspection with the presence of the owner. Re-inspection date set on July 20 for dishwasher repair and ice machine cleaning.

- General sanitation was OK.
- Owner was sanitizing the table with 100ppm bleach when inspector walked in.
- Hand wash sink and washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- No hot holding during inspection.
- Walk in cooler 2.8C, fan was clean. 2 jugs of RedHot sauce and 1 box of tomato sitting on the floor, owner stated that it's because of the rush lunch hour. Owner put the food items off floor on the racks.
- On the counter cooler temperature 3.8C
- 2 upright freezers (front and back) <-18C
- Meat slicer was in a sanitary condition.
- Back door closed tight.
- No pest activity observed during inspection.
