Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found meat, rice and chopped vegetables sitting out at room temperature (12-16C). These are potentially hazardous foods and must be placed in the cooler at </= 4C. After cooking, foods must be cooled quickly: from 60-20C in 2 hours and from 20C-4C in 4 hours. Foods were placed in the cooler at the time of inspection.
