Observation: Rodent droppings noted under the counter near the sink and on the shelves at the back.
Corrective Action(s): Remove rodent droppings on the floor and shelves. Clean and sanitize the areas noted. Ensure to have pest control service at least 2 times a month. Provide invoices. Continue to clean rodent droppings and monitor for further rodent activity.

Observation: Items (drinking glasses) found on bottom shelves (front and back) must be stored at least 6" off the floor. Empty pop cans and beer bottles stored in a bag on the floor under the counter could be attracting pests.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all items are stored at least 6" above the floor to facility visual inspection and cleaning. Ensure that all empty bottles and cans are removed from premises or stored in a pest proof container at stored at least 6" off the floor.
