Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
All kettles, fermentation tanks and bright tanks are cleaned using hydroxide solution followed by rinsing with water and sanitizing with paracetic acid.
Beer dispensing nozzles are cleaned thoroughly once a week followed by rinsing with paracetic acid sanitizer.
Chemicals and labelled and are stored in a separate designated storage room.
Walk-in cooler is 2.5 degrees C.
Beer bottles are sanitized using bleach sanitizer (ensure concentration is approx. 100 ppm)
General sanitation is very good.
No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection.

* It is recommended to test and record concentration of Paracetic acid before using each batch.
