- Sink plug obtained, second compartment of two-compartment sink stocked with 100 ppm chlorine residual solution for sanitizing
- Rags no longer hung on display coolers. Ensure that all rags are stored inside bleach sanitizing pails
- Ensure that you clean and sanitize equipment EVERY 4 hours (continuous use) or after each use (if you are done with using the equipment
- Equipment must be DISASSEMBLED during the cleaning and sanitizing process
- Reminder that scoops MUST be routinely cleaned

Recommendations:
- Organize equipment (e.g. inside a tray) and do not leave them lying around on the table
- Repair your screen door before the summer. Reminder that the back door is to remain shut except during deliveries if the screen door is not intact
- Obtain a second sanitizing pail for the cutting area in front of the "Fido" wall poster. A sanitizing pail should be available at every work station

A further follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure that you meet basic sanitation requirements.
