Follow up inspection. A noticeable decrease in new rodent droppings since last follow up inspection Holes have been filled as requested in dish washing area, in storage area under stairs, and along half height wall upstairs. Rodent droppings are now absent on one site of the kitchen. Good! Operator intends to fully seal up area between half height wall and walk in cooler. OK **A few small holes in ceiling to be filled under stairs **Spare tiles are to be removed and cleaned. Ensure the wall area behind these is free of droppings and entrance points.
