Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 100ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach on-site.
Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C. Hot holding unit measured at 82C.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
