Follow up inspection (kitchen portion) and continuation of Routine #BCUD-AARUXE
Follow up:
- Display cooler could not be repaired yesterday with technician on site. Gulab jamun continue to be stored in walk in cooler OK. **Follow up Monday**
- Walk in cooler has been adjusted. Now maintaining 4C. Good
- Prep cooler not repaired yesterday. Technician scheduled for today. Not in use.
- All curries, gravies, sauces, etc have been used up and/or cooled and now in cold storage. When cooling dishes ensure they are kept away from any potential contaminants!
- No meat products thawing at time of inspection
- Walk in freezer has been serviced and is frequently going into defrost cycle. Measured -6C at time of inspection
- Warped, unfinished wooden shelf has been emptied but not removed/replaced. Please find a better alternative shelving system

Continued routine:
Buffet area of facility operates Mon-Fri from 11-3
Hot held products ranged from 53C to 56C at time of inspection (2:30pm)
Products were turned off and buffet closed for the day.
***Products must always be kept at 60C or warmer. Unit is adjustable. Use a cleaned and sanitized probe thermometer to check your temperatures!
