Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure to relocate utensils so that it is free from potential contamination.
2) Operator relocated eggs to bottom shelf at the time of inspection
3) Rice scoop removed to be cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. Ensure to keep in use utensils in ice bath or dry conditions.
