All outstanding issues have been addressed. Stainless steel counter added to burrito prep table Ice scoop stored separately and ice machine in sanitary condition Additional fly traps added, continue to monitor and increase service by pest control if needed. Chlorine sanitizer buckets were > 100 ppm. cleaning improvements noted - new checklists for cleaning posted and sanitation logs available.
