Areas of concern noted in previous inspection have been cleaned with the exception of underneath the flat top grill. ensure that this area is cleaned immediately and on a more frequent basis onwards.
Duct tape covered dashi box removed from the facility - good
Operator has obtained a log for the high temperature dishwasher. ensure that the BST (booster) temperature reaches over 82C to allow for proper sanitizing of dishware.
