Observation: 6 live cockroaches were observed behind the cooking equipment in the restaurant at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Contact pest control company and ensure to apply implemented pest control measures to eliminate the cockroaches immediately. Provide a copy of the pest control report to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.
2. Thoroughly clean below and behind the cooking equipment and along the sides of the frying/cooking equipment to remove the grease buildup.
3. Seal all entry points and seal the gap below the sliding door (to prevent the gap).
4. Keep all take out containers covered in plastic wrap/pest proof containers with a tight fitting lid. Ensure food is all covered in storage areas in covered food grade containers.
5. Wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry all food contact surfaces and food equipment prior to re-opening.

A CLOSURE ORDER was issued. Do not re-open and/or provide any food service to the public until you receive written health approval to re-open from the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health. Contact the district E.H.O. for a follow up inspection (business card was provided).

Observation: Cleaning is required below, around, and behind the frying/cooking equipment area to remove the buildup. Cleaning is also required behind the prep. freezer and floor in other areas.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a detailed cleaning is done to remove buildup and food debris behind and around equipment. Focus first on cleaning the area around the frying/cooking equipment in the kitchen. Correct prior to contacting the area E.H.O. for a follow up inspection.
