Discussed sneeze guards - display of foods is starting to spread past the end of sneeze guard. Either extend the sneeze guard to provide further protection, or have foods moved to behind barrier.

Discussed quiches at point of sale - Operator places quiches out straight from the oven and they are removed from service 2 hours later. Leftover quiches are discarded.

Hand washing sinks equipped
