Comments

Cleaning in back storage room has been done as requested. Excess equipment and debris has been removed from the premise. Good!
If you see more rodent droppings, mix up 9 parts water, 1 part bleach, spray down droppings, then wipe up while wet
Cleaning of hand sink and handles has been done
**Broken prep cooler which is being used to store onions still requires cleaning
Grease trap smell no longer noticeable. Trap has been emptied and a leak repaired
Rag buckets were again found <100ppm, but were changed at time of inspection to have 100ppm. OK
**To mix your rag buckets, use one "cap" of bleach (one tablespoon, or 15ml) with 1 gallon (1 bucket) of water. Change as soon as the water becomes cloudy from use.
Temperature logs have been added at front to check for 2 smaller coolers. Excellent, thank you
