Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee observed moving garbage can with hands, go to back hallway, and returned to the cook line, without washing hands.
Corrective Action(s): Employees must adhere to good hand hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food, food contact surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Review with all staff proper hand hygiene practices. Hand hygiene is a reoccurring issue in the kitchen.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to January 22, 2020.
-Walk-in cooler has been serviced by a technician and was at 3C to 4C. Technician will return today to verify cooler has been serviced and is functioning properly.
-Person items were stored in their designated locations, away from food contact surfaces.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Exhaust canopy vent covers were clean and sanitary. Ensure vent covers are cleaned on a regular basis.
