Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer bucket had <50ppm chlorine measured at this time. Staff added more bleach to make 200ppm chlorine at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to add enough bleach solution to prepare 100-200ppm chlorine solution every time when preparing the sanitizer. All prep surfaces were sanitized using the newly made solution by staff at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Cooler operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot holding unit operating above 60'C at this time.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Tools and equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Storage areas satisfactory.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation of the facility is very good. Keep up the good work!
