-temp logs being maintained daily for 3 of the 6 coolers/freezers. All coolers and freezers, 6 in total must have temperature logs and they must be maintained daily.
-All coolers and freezers must be left plugged in 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. It takes up to 24 hours for a fridge or freezer to reach temp, plus it is very hard on the motor of the fridge to stop and start.
