Observation: Various refrigeration/freezer units not holding at appropriate temperatures at time of inspection. Ensure all units can maintain appropriate temperatures (fridges < 4°C, freezers <-18°C) before using for food storage.

Supervisor has stated refrigeration company has been scheduled for Jan 11.

Recommended to switch to household unscented bleach (1/2 tsp bleach / 1L water)
In meantime, rinse all surfaces disinfected with Oxivir with potable water
