- Premises was not in operation at time of inspection. Operating hours Mon to Sun 7pm to 12:30am
- Premises is a hookah lounge with food service
- No changes to menu since previous inspection. Menu is limited to sandwiches/paninis, drinks, chicken strips, chicken wings, yam fries, and baked goods/desserts.
- Premises and equipment were maintained in sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water was supplied to sinks
- Liquid soap and paper towel were present in dispensers at handsinks (kitchen and bar)
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes. Temperature at dish surface: 72.4C
- Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottle. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Dishes and utensils were stored in a sanitary manner
- All coolers were operating at 4C or colder
- Worktop freezer -18C
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Operator to place glue boards for monitoring purposes and is aware to retain Pest Control services if any signs of pests are noted.
- Ensure while in operation, that there is at least one staff on duty who has completed Foodsafe level 1 if the Operator is not present.
- Hookah mouthpieces are individually packaged, single use disposable. |
