Follow-up Inspection: -Employee washroom locked -no employee access -employees to use the public washroom -okay -Almost all lighting is now shielded in the kitchen areas -except one bulb still missing light shield** -no cooling infractions observed -ice bath observed in-use, operator has obtained an ice wand to assist -NOTE: maintain the ice wand in a clean washable container for storage -remember the ice wand is going directly into the food and must be clean and sanitized! -Wiping towels maintained in sanitizer buckets >100ppm chlorine residual -Check valve installed on hose bib next to washer -paper towels dispensed and soap at the back 2-compartment sink -shelving units in the back have lowest level >15cm off the floor NOTE: still have not received the application form to reflect the name change -remind your owners to submit within the week
