Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizing solution not available at time of inspection. This must be available from open to close to sanitize/wipe all of your food surfaces/prep tables/etc.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare proper bleach solution with 1 tsp bleach and 1 liter of water and keep wiping rags in this solution. Do not begin restaurant operation until you have this sanitizing solution ready.

Observation: Peeled potatoes were observed on a tray sitting on the couch in the back area by the staff jackets directly above them. Also, foods in the glass sliding door cooler were uncovered (bowls of noodles, other tray of peeled potatoes).
Corrective Action(s): Do not store food items on this couch underneath the jackets which could fall on the food and contaminate them. Also, ensure all foods in your cooler are covered with plastic wrap to protect them from contamination.
