Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted 2.26.2018 - report # JMAA-AWCTL9.
- Area affected by sewage backflow (2m radius around affected floor drain) has been cleaned and disinfected as per facility's sanitation plan.
- No other instances of sewage backflow have been observed or reported since the initial incident described in the routine inspection
- Other areas of the store (including kitchen, deli, and seafood areas have not reported any sewage backup incidents from the floor drain)
- Manager has been informed to thoroughly mop and disinfect area around the drain once the drains have been cleared
- Previous deficiency in floor sanitation has been addressed - floors have been swept and food debris underneath prep coolers have been cleared

Met up with plumber on-site. Plumber began clearing the drains using snake at time of inspection. EHO has requested that the plumber send a written confirmation report that the drains have been cleared and that the sewage backflow has been rectified, including verification that backflow will not occur after heavy usage of potwasher and/or other plumbing fixtures in bakery.
