Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three compartment sink was only partially filled with water (not sufficient to soak equipment) and sanitizer level was approximately 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Three compartment sink must have enough water to immerse equipment and bleach sanitizer must be at 100ppm. Sink was filled with additional water and bleach was added to 100ppm at the time of inspection.

Observation: Pizza prep cooler has a large space between the prep area and the bottom storage area of the cooler, allowing cold air to escape. Cooler unit is also located next to the pizza oven.
Corrective Action(s): Service cooler and repair gap to prevent loss of cold refrigeration air and to prevent premature breakdown of cooler unit.

Observation: Staff present in the facility did not have FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training.
Corrective Action(s): At least one person in the facility must have valid FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training. Further incidences of not having FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training staff will result in the issuance of a violation ticket. Staff must successfully complete FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training within 1 month.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright freezer was at -15C.
-Facility is no longer selling pizza by the slice.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
