Dented cans in dry storage area should not be used, they should be relocated to alternate space and/or clearly labeled as "do not use" and returned to the supplier for a refund/replacement.
All items in the food premises must come from an approved source and be kept in containers that are clearly labeled with the name of the product and it's ingredients.
No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, dishwasher sanitizing at 79C, general sanitation satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
