-Low temperature dishwasher now sanitizing at 50ppm Chlorine
→Test dishwasher with test strips once per day
-Fan in stand-up cooler are now cleaner
-Some containers are now covered in the cooler
-Operator is working on maintaining the racks in the cooler.
