Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-ANJTT6
- The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine solution at 24C. Ensure to obtain chlorine test strips to monitor the low temperature dishwasher daily. - Surface sanitizer was available in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
- General sanitation has improved. The areas noted from the routine inspection has been cleaned thoroughly.
- No items were stored inside the designated handwashing sink.
- Items not required to operate the restaurant are removed from the kitchen.
