Observation: Parwar was observed to be in water at 5.5C in the front display cooler.
Corrective action: Move Parwar to a working cooler at or below 4C (walk-in cooler) to main, 4C or less. Keep smaller amount of parwar in the display cooler to be able to maintain 4C or less.
Health rationale: Cold potentially hazardous food kept at 4C - 60C (danger zone) may lead to potential pathogen growth/or toxin production.

Corrective Action(s):

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 5
304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]

Observation: 1. Garage-style back door was observed with gaps at the bottom.
2. Spoiled produce was in Styrofoam containers on the floor near back door. Corrected during inspection.
3. Wooden pallets and large plastic pieces were left near back staircase.
