2. QUATS sanitizer dispenser still not functioning
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is functioning properly during operation.
1. Sandwich prep coolers must be maintained at or below 4 C. Operator has used ice to assist the cooler units to maintain a temperature below 4 C. This is an acceptable temporary method but does not replace a proper servicing of the cooler units. The temp logs at opening indicate the coolers were below 4 C however the units are reading well above 4 C.
Manager and owner have been contacted via phone and have explained that one unit's compressor was replaced and the service of the other will be tomorrow.
Ensure these coolers repaired properly before they can be put back into use.

*CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED

2. Ensure the QUATS sanitizer dispenser is repaired to allow for easy access to refill sanitizer bottles and to allow for manual dishwashing in 2 comp sink. Repair dispenser.
