Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine at utensil surface. Chlorine test strips are on site.

Note: No monitoring or record keeping is currently in place for dishwasher sanitizer checks. Discussed daily checks for dishwasher sanitizer concentrations.
