Observation: Accumulation of dirt and slime observed inside the ice machine.
Correction: Clean and scrub inside the ice machine with appropriate sanitizer. Ensure to drain and empty the ice prior to cleaning.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: - Back handwash station lacks cold running water and hand soap.
- Front handwash station lacks paper towels in dispenser at appropriate location.
Correction: - Provide cold running water at the back handwash station.
- Install hand soap and paper towel dispensers at both front/back handwash stations. All handwash sinks must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels at all times.
Correct by: Tomorrow.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CLVUSL:

- All potentially hazardous food items stored inside the back upright cooler.
- Ice machine has been deep cleaned. No visible dirt or pinkish slime. Ensure to follow a deep cleaning schedule for the ice machine (ie deep cleaning once a month with an approved sanitizer that is food safe).
- Back handwash station now has cold running water, wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers.
- Front handwash station now has wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers.
- Grease dirty cardboard discarded and replaced with durable plastic.
- Working thermometer (NSF certified) in the undercounter cooler at the waffle station.
- No further actions required.
