Inspection conducted during opening hours.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 100ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Bulk chlorine available. 3rd compartment sink and sanitizer bucket measured at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Small domestic stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer and display freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
