Follow up inspection conducted to the routine inspection from September 19, 2019 (RPt#: JMAA-BG6R7N). The following was noted: -Edges of left side prep table across the burners have been refinished with stainless steel cover. -FRP boards at back-of-house and behind the gas burners have been thoroughly cleaned - excellent. -Chest freezer at back-of-house has been relocated to area beside hand wash station. Debris behind chest freezer has been removed. -Old, unfinished wood cabinet beside hand wash sink has been removed. Cooling racks in walk-in cooler were cleaned. -Dishwasher dispenses 100ppm chlorine residual at the plate level at final rinse cycle. -Back-of-house organization has significantly improved. Unnecessary clutter identified in previous inspections have been removed. -Operator has copy of SafeCheck Advanced (FoodSafe 1 equivalent) on-site. Expiry: Sep 21, 2014.
