Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noticed raw ground turkey packages and several poultry and ground beef packages stored above and next to salad greens and vegetables.
Corrective Action(s): Always store raw poultry and meats below any ready to eat food producrs and vegetables. Recommended using designated bottom shelves inside the coolers to store raw meats and poultry to prevent cross contamination.
