Observation: Mouse droppings observed from the following areas;
- on floors of dry storage room
- floor - along the wall by the very back equipment storage room
- floor - corner near the ice-maker
Moreover, a dead mouse observed near the pop dispenser rack (dry storage room).

Observation: Cooler, which located near the cooking line has old, brittle, and partially damaged door gaskets.

Routine inspection conducted:

BAR
-Handwash - hot/cold running water available.
-Cooler operating <4'C. Cut fruits on ice.
-200ppm QUAT solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-Drink dispensing gun/holder in sanitary condition.
-Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine at final rinse.
- The scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Coffee cream stored in ice.
Note: Small corner cooler at 14 C (no potentially hazardous food in the cooler). Repair prior to use.

KITCHEN
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement (However, the cooler near the kitchen handwash station bit high (inspection conducted during the lunch time) - ensure it can meet rush hour demand.
- Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-200 ppm QUAT solution available in spray bottles throughout.
Note: Ensure that chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved > 50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machine satisfactory. No scoop stored in unit.
-Professional pest control company on site. Traps are set.
NOTE: Monitor for any halls/cracks to determine the possible entrance of pest.
NOTE: Droppings not observed from the food prep areas, but only where mentioned above. Ensure all prep surfaces are sanitized prior to initiating any food prep in the morning.
