- Dishwasher has been repaired - 100ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle which is adequate to sanitize dishes (min 50ppm needed) - Test strips present. Supervisor reported testing is completed daily (morning) prior to opening. - Ensure dishwasher is regularly serviced to ensure it is maintained in good working order. - Requirements of Correction Order completed. Order rescinded
