-General sanitation of store area satisfactory
-Display coolers were 4 deg. C or colder
-Display freezers were -18 deg. C or colder
-Dairy walk-in cooler 1 deg. C
-Back stock freezer -18 deg. C
-Bulk food areas were clean & maintained with scoops stored outside of bin.
-No pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place.

Produce Processing Area:
-Produce processing room 3 deg. C
-Produce walk-in cooler 2 deg. C
-Handwashing sink supplied with hot/cold water, liquid soap & paper towel
-Quats sanitizer available from dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Concentration was 200 ppm
-Cold pressed juicing machine appeared clean/maintained. Reviewed cleaning & sanitizing procedures with staff on duty.
