Comments

- Hot water is now available at the hand sink located beside the office. Ensure all hand sinks are always supplied with hot water.
- Interior of ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. Note: condenser panel has small scratches on it, store manager stated that a new one has been ordered.
- Ice cream machine has been cleaned; no old debris observed on/around lids **Ensure ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis
- Floor of walk-in freezer has been cleaned - minor additional cleaning required
- Reminder to sanitize doors and handles of coolers and equipment daily
- Time coding system for burger toppings/condiments in use at time of inspection
