Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of sanitizer solution for counters and work surfaces.
.CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Bucket filled with 200ppm Sanitizer
Blenders washed and sanitized only once per day. Rinsed after each use.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff refill and fill and USE sanitizer solution throughout the day
Ensure staff are informed all common use items are to be properly washed rinsed and sanitized every two to four hours.

Observation: Doors to facility including the exterior doors have gaps underneath. The door to storage area has had door sweep installed however one portion has been broken.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor and lower shelves of cupboards.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings
Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.
