Follow-up inspection for initial #254210. Premises constructed as per approved floor plan. Minor change made; prep table re-located to another area for convenience. No major changes to the cooking equipment made. Hair washing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available at all sinks. Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach sanitizer available on site in a spray bottle, labelled. Detected 200ppm of bleach sanitizer. Domestic cooler at 4C or lower, upper freezer compartment at -18C or lower. Two mini fridges at 4C or lower. Chest freezer at -18C or lower. All coolers and freezers have thermometers. Sufficient lighting provided. FSP and SP provided. Incorporation document emailed to inspector's email. Food Safe Certificate Level 1 available on site. Sufficient dry storage space available. *Operator plans to add more coolers/freezers if and when necessary. Provided billing information, to call 604 918 7507 for the permit fee payment.
